Responsibilities:
- Be a key client interface/routine client communication and management
- Obtain regular updates on variances of flying programme (extra flights, return to base etc)
- Maintain overview of flying programme status liaise with operations control, passenger logistics and other team leaders
- Champion the client’s objectives within our Business
- Drive the reorganization of flying programme during the operating day as may be required
Requirements:
- University first degree with minimum of 3 years experience in corporate aviation will be an added advantage
- Proactive and excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a motivational and empathetic attitude
- Client-Centric decision making, natural client focus, able to anticipate client needs and respond appropriately
- Can manage the tension between strong desire to help and need to get the job done to high quality
- Strong IT skills
