  JOB DESCRIPTION
  PPMS (80 people) is a technical assistance company to the Oil and Gas Industries. Currently, we are recruiting a Contract Manager for a mission in Nigeria.
  
  MISSIONS
  You will be responsible for managing all issues related to contracts’ aspects such as claims or renegotiation issues.
  
  FUNCTIONS
  -To interpret and explain contractual clauses;
  -To provide the certification required by contract for signature by the contractual representatives;
  -To check that contractual obligations are absolved by Client and Subcontractors;
  -To check the expected final cost estimates against budget values;
  -Together with the Supervisors, to discuss and where possible reach an agreement with the Subcontractor concerning new prices, contractual amendments and claims, preparing the supporting documents for formal issue by Home Office Subcontracts Unit;
  -To prepare the documents for the award of local subcontracts.
  
  CONDITIONS:
  LOCATION: Nigeria
  DURATION: 1 year
  ROTATIONS: Onshore- 9 weeks on site/3 weeks on leave
  STARTING DATE: As soon as possible.
  
  PROFILE:
  Bachelor degree in law;
  A minimum of 10 years experience as contract manager in an Anglo-Saxon environment.
  Fluent English.
