  - At least 10 years experience
  - COREN registered
  - experience in substation design/or site supervision
  
  3. Electrical Engineer (SCADA/Protection and Control)
  - BSc Electrical Engineering
  - At least 10 years experience
  - COREN registered
  - experience in 330/132kV substation design.
