GENERAL MANAGER VACANCY
An indigenious player in the financial servies sector requires:

GENERAL MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SERVICES (GM ES 391)
RESNSIBILITIES:

- coordinate the development and implementation of enterprise services business plan in line with the group’s plan and strategic direction
- overseeing the development and implementation of functional work plans, programme, policies and procedures
- providing broad oversight for the desin, development and management of the group’s property and real estate assets
- overseeing capital projects and ensuring quality delivery within cost, schedule and scope constraints
- managing group procurement in line wih leading procurement pracises
- ensuring institutionalisation of proper safety practises and standards accross the enterprise
- overseeing the provision of administrative support and services to stakeholders accross the group

REQUIREMENTS:
- a good first degree with relevant post graduate qualification and professional certificate will be an added advantage and at least 12 years post qualification of which 3 years in the financial services firm and on senior management cadre
- strong profesionalism an integrity with proficiency in the use of MS office suites
- excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- strong project management, people development/stakeholder management abilities skills
- self motivated, highly organise and a go-getter with strong commercial acumenegin, a valie base orientation and excellent negotiation skills
- strong understanding of the real estate development and management, procurement and supply chain, project management and general administration
- good knowlee and appreciation of financial services industry peculiarities, operating model and environment and the implication for value driven deliveries
