Due to expansion of our client base, we seek exceptionally qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following position,
Project Co-ordinator/Development Manager
To coordinate all business development and research activities required to provide necessary information to support business decisions.
To actively engage with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) in ensuring project deliverables are met.
Define Project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Proactively coordinator projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team.
Qualification & Experience
A good university degree or HND in Engineering or other related disciplines.
Demonstrable experience of not Less than eight (8) years in-handing similar responsibilities in the construction industry would be preferred.
Architect
Designing new structures, extensions or alterations to existing structures or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties and other structure.
Preparing and presenting feasibility-reports and design proposals
Using computer aided design (CAD) in design and project management
Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications for construction and approval.
Regular site visit to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget
Quantity Surveyor
To prepare estimates and costs of work to be done per project.
To manage the company's cost profile relating to building and construction engineering projects.
Preparing tender and contract documents, including buts of quantities with the Architect.
Undertaking costs analysis for construction, repairs and maintenance project work
Advising on procurement strategy
Qualification & Experience
A good university degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Geography, Mathematics, Urban & Land Studies, Civil or Structural Engineering or other related field.
A minimum of 2-4 years post NYSC work experience in the construction industry would be preferred.
Project/Site Engineers
Acting as a main technical adviser on a construction si!e for sub contractors, crafts people and operatives
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.
Lasing with any consultant, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners quantity surveyors and general workforce involve in the project
Day-to-'Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the-site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. .
Qualification & Experience
A good university degree or HND in building construction technology or structural engineering or related field
A minimum of 4 - 6 years post NYSC work experience in the construction industry would be preferred.
